Junior business process automation specialist

Part-Time | Remote

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are eager to embark on a part-time role as a Junior Business Process Automation Specialist. As a member of our dynamic team, you will work closely with our team to create and schedule engaging social media content for our clients. You'll learn how to leverage our proprietary AI automation suite to streamline content creation and maximize impact. This role is perfect for someone looking to build foundational skills in social media management, content creation, and AI-driven marketing.

Primary ROle and Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and informative social media content (text, images, and videos) for various platforms.
  • Utilize our AI automation suite to generate, schedule, and publish content.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that align with client goals.
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for content innovation.
  • Assist with basic reporting and analysis of social media performance.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in social media and content creation.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets and basic office software.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with clients.
  • Basic understanding of different social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter).
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software.
  • Creativity and a passion for creating compelling content.

Additional Information

While no prior experience is required, any personal social media management or content creation experience is a plus.


  • Job Type: Part-time position designed not to interfere with academic commitments or social events.
  • Pay: $1,000 - $1,500 per month
  • Expected Hours: Approximately 10-20 hours per week
  • Schedule: After school, weekdays, and weekends as needed. Flexible schedule available during summer break.
  • Extra: Training will be provided to ensure that all tasks are performed with precision and professionalism.
  • Location: Remote
